Migration of a MoinMoin v1.x RST-based Wiki to Sphinx

If you have a MoinMoin_ Wiki v1.x with ``Restructured Text`` (RST_) based documents, 
it is possible to migrate this to a Sphinx_ documentation generator based Wiki.
